Welcome to Faisal's 20 Minute Lower Body HIIT Workout. This 20 minute workout can be done anywhere at any time. No excuses, no equipment just 20 minutes of your absolute best, is all I ever ask for.
In this workout, we will be doing two round of each exercise. 40 seconds on each exercise with a 20 second rest in between.
1. Aeroplane Right & Left
2. Star Jumps
3. Bear crawls Lateral
4. Curtsy lunges
5. Bridge Raises
6. Plank Leg Raises
7. Quick feet
8. Squat Drop
9. Reverse Lunges
10. Tuck Jumps
